to be or not to be

The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.  (Genesis 2:7)

Forward.
We were made to move forward.
We are living, breathing, beings.
Made to be.
Intended to exist.
We were not made to die.
But rather, to continue.  To persist.  To endure.
Always moving forward.
Forward to the Throne.
Forward to the King.
Forward to God's presence.
Forward to our Creator!

Yes, God intended for each of us to be present in His presence...
Always seeking Him first.
Always loving Him first.

He calls us to live successfully.
To be holy in His Name.
Yes, our existence is intended for a joyful life with Him... to "be" in Christ.

Be fruitful.
Be strong.
Be courageous.
Be thankful.
Be kind.
Be humble.
Be merciful.
Be wise.
Be trustworthy.
Be glad.
Be patient.
Be still.
Be ready.
Be faithful.
Be obedient.
Be hopeful.
Be loving.
Be united.
Be disciples.
Be witnesses.
Be a blessing.
Be blessed.
Be holy.
Be saved.
Be like Jesus.

We are to BELIEVE (be-lieve) in Him.  Etymologically speaking: we are to "hold Him dear; to care, to desire, to love" Him.  We are meant to live fully devoted... in real time, today, this very hour - exclusively for God alone.  Moving forward in His grace.  Forward, while securely surrounded in His love.

Friends, if we are not moving forward to Jesus, we are clearly moving backwards. Simply put, we are either with Him or against Him.  As such, if we do not choose to know, practice, and most importantly, BELIEVE the Word of God Almighty with our whole hearts, souls, minds, and strength... we are choosing to make-believe within the lies Satan originally presented to mankind at the Garden of Eden. To this I ask, why continue to agree with distractions that contradict the intended, most excellent, joyful life God originally planned for us in the beginning?  Jesus died so that we might live with Him!  So that we might correct the error of listening to Satan's cursed terms and conditions.  Really, why give the enemy another second of our time when the King of kings has promised so much more in every day we amazingly are able to draw His breath?

God wants us to be!!!
To believe.
To move forward - close to our Creator... to the One who gives eternal LIFE in Christ!
We are to embrace our role as living beings.
Alive and in love with the One who made us... abiding in Him!
Devoted completely, whole-heartily, toward His Way!
Living forward.
Living holy because, of course, He is holy.

Shakespeare so eloquently put it to question in Hamlet, "To be or not to be... that is the question."

To live or not to live?
To continue, persist, endure... or to die?
To claim God's eternal Name - His Way, Truth, Life - JESUS(!!!)... or to make-believe through this short amount of time God has allotted for us on this earth.

So what will you do?
Will you move forward in God's grace-filled plan?
Will you be or will you not be this hour?
For your will is indeed free to choose either path: Life or Death.
(Ahhh, free will.  Proving how much the Creator really loves His creation!)

Yes, to be or not to be.
Clearly, this is today's most important question!
So, what will you choose?
Life or Death?

As for me, I choose LIFE!  WOO HOO!
I choose Jesus!

Then he said to them all: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me."  (Luke 9:23)

THIS is the day!
