Two cars in the garage
Four computers, three TVs
A refrigerator stocked with food
A home filled with amenities

Everyone is clothed
Everyone is fed
Everyone is healthy
With a roof above their head

Take the time to ponder
The privileges we share
We take it all for granted
Without a single care

While others in this world
Survive on so much less
You’d think we’d be more grateful
With all that God has blessed

Be cautious of these riches
For they bind you to this earth
Take up your cross and follow Christ
You'll find eternal worth

So, take the time to thank Him
And keep this thought in mind
Jesus love is all we need
With Him, true life we’ll find
