Seeking God.
Looking at Jesus.
Trusting Him to provide for all my needs.
Trust trust trust.

But wait, look ahead.
I see something ahead.
Oooo, Lord I want that.
I desire to have that.
I NEED that! (Trip!)
I MUST have that! (Stumble!)
I WILL have that! (Fall!)
Greed.  Gluttony.  Lust.  Covetousness.
Self self self.
Me me me.

Uh oh.

Oops..... Forgive me, Lord.
Rewind.
Refocus my lens.
Reset my appetite.
Create in me a pure heart.
Renew in me a steadfast spirit.
A steadfast, quiet, still and faithful spirit.
Please come Lord Jesus.
Unsnare me from every entanglement.
Guard and protect me from distracting thorns.
Remove every idol, every false god.
Carry me in Your wisdom.
Yes, the Lord is my Shepherd.
I shall not want.
Lead me, my King.

Seeking God.
Looking only at Jesus.
Trusting Him to provide for all my needs.
Trust trust trust.

Letting everything else go.
Choosing to surrender, to give.
Choosing love.
Choosing generosity, sacrifice, devotion.
Leaning not on my own understanding.
Believing that He is trustworthy.
Knowing that The Lord's Way is good.
Cultivating my faith by clinging to His promises.
He will always supply.
In Him... I am joyful.
With Him... I am peaceful.
To Him... I am prayerful.
Today, I am thankful.

Seeking only Jesus.
Wanting only Jesus.
Desiring only Jesus.
Needing only Jesus.
Remaining close to Jesus.
Savior, abide in me!
YOU are ALL I need.
YOU are everything!

Seeking God.
Looking only at Jesus.
Trusting Him to provide for all my needs.
In all my ways acknowledging Him...
Trust.  Trust.  TRUST!
